Goodwill Pine Hills

This new Goodwill Outlet is located in the Pine Hills neighborhood of Orlando. The Goodwill Outlets are unique stores that Goodwill sends pallets of merchandise that didn’t sell in their main stores and then organizes the merchandise and rolls out on carts for the shoppers to sort through. Goodwill aims for zero waste leaving their stores. Scope of work consisted of demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel, roofing, metal framing and drywall, acoustical ceilings, flooring and wall tile, painting, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical.
